We use a username and password to make sure that only you have access to your travel account. By default, when your account is created, your username is set to be the same as your email address.
In some cases, however, this is not possible. For example, if this is the second account you created with your email address, you'll need to define a different username for that account.
For that reason, if you do not remember your username, we encourage you to try your email address first. If this doesn't work, follow these steps:
Click the 'forgot username' link on the login page.
Enter your email address
Open the email we have sent you with the subject of "Your CWT account username". Your username will be visible together with your name and employee ID. If you have multiple accounts under your email address, they will be listed in the table. To login to your account, you can just click your username. This will take you back to the login page where you'll need to enter your password.
