Why did my reset password link not arrive?

This may occur due to one of the following reasons:

  • Account is not yet registered and there is no password to reset yet. 

  • Traveler mailbox settings are blocking our email (not whitelisted), firewall is blocking, or our server is overloaded and sending email takes much longer. 

  • Work email in the account is different from what was provided by Traveller (Portrait setup).
