At the Welcome Page enter your work-email. On iOS, please acknowledge the sign-in security warning.

On the login page, if you can’t remember your password, click on 'Forgot Password'. Enter your username and check your mailbox for the 'Password Reset' email.

Check your mailbox and click on “RESET PASSWORD”.

Then, create a new password for your account.

And you are all set!
