Log in to your account via the myCWT login page at https://travel.mycwt.com/. If you try to log in and get an error message, it means we couldn't identify one of your login details. A few things could have gone wrong:
Logging in to the new myCWT website for the first time
If it's your first in the new myCWT website, you would need to enter your work email address and then set up a password. Please start the registration process here.
Some companies are setup to access myCWT through a specific corporate link (“Single Sign On”) and credentials that are available via the company’s intranet. If this is the case, please try to login through your company's Intranet.
You didn’t receive a Registration email
In some cases it may take up to 30 min. before you receive an email sent by our system. In other cases emails might be filtered or blocked by your company’s spam filter. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your email’s spam folder. If the email can’t be found in your inbox or spam folder, please contact our Customer support. You may also contact your internal travel team and report that myCWT's login emails might be filtered by your company’s spam filter.
We didn't identify your username
By default, your username should be your work email address. It is possible that your username is not your email address. In that case, if you forget your username, click the 'forgot username?' link and follow the instructions to recall your username.
We didn't identify your password
Your password is valid for both myCWT website and the mobile app. If you changed your password in one, it will be reflected in the other. Try to recall if you recently made changes to your password and try entering it again. Click the icon within the field to show the password you type to prevent typing errors. If you keep getting errors, click the 'Forgot password?' link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
You are sure that your username and password are correct but still receiving an error message and can't register or log in.
If you are sure that your username and password are correct but you still can't log in, please try to log in again few minutes later. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.
