What booking functionalities are available now?

Car booking is available on myCWT web and mobile app on iPhone and Android smartphones.

Travelers can shop, book and cancel car rental reservations, 24/7. Criteria includes options to search for a pick up/drop off location, dates and times.

You also have access to your own client and CWT preferred car rates and vendors, as well as policy guideline reminders.

Individual credit cards and company central payment options can be utilized as forms of payment.

Car booking is a client setup item. In some cases, you may be in a country which doesn’t yet offer the car booking option. Please speak with your Travel Manager to enable car booking.

Can I amend a car booking on myCWT, including bookings made via a CWT counselor, OBT and myCWT?

You can cancel your car booking if made on myCWT. Modification will come in a future release. A CWT counselor can modify car rental bookings.

Can I see carbon indicators when booking car rental on myCWT?

Electric and hybrid indicators are viewable. Carbon emission estimates will be available in a future release.
