Prerequisites
• Your company must be a client of CWT.
• Your company must have myCWT messaging service enabled.
• Your company must have approved Microsoft Teams integration with CWT’s messaging service.

In case your company meets the prerequisites and you still don’t see myCWT channel – you can add it yourself:

1. Log into Microsoft Teams as a user

2. Go to “Apps”

3. Search for “CWT”

4. Click on “myCWT”  “Add”
